GPS & HR for Laguna Beach Hill Ride, 6 min better than 8/09.

Finished the Laguna Hill route in 46 min today, 6 min better than August, 2009. Stats with GPS speed, postion, and heart rate at Training Peaks Heart rate at the top of the 20% grade on Nyes is a benchmark of sorts. It's gone from 174-178 in August to 155-160 now.
